Apple Chutney with Cayenne Pepper

Red and green apples into pieces, cooked with onion, tomato, white vinegar, salt and cayenne pepper, which gives a slightly spicy touch to this sweet and sour sauce.

Suggestions for use:

Ideal accompaniment to soft and smoked cheeses, cold meats, especially with “intense” cold cut sandwiches (salami, carpaccio, pastrami), smoked steak or veal fillet, fish fillets and poultry.

Try it with :
