Millac Gold 33% Lactose Free – 1Lt

A blend of lactose free buttermilk, vegetable fat and lactose free cream.

For whipping, cooking and pouring. Millac Gold is manufactured with oil guaranteed to contain less than 1% Trans Fatty Acids.  Stable in cooking, does not split and is freeze-thaw stable. Whips up to 3 times volume.

Ingredients: Lactose Free Buttermilk, Partly Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm), Lactose Free Cream (6%) (Milk), Vegetable Fat (Palm), Lactose Free Buttermilk Powder, Emulsifiers (Lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids* , Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids*, Polysorbate 60*, Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids*, Polysorbate 80*), Stabilisers (Locust Bean Gum, Carrageenan), Salt, Natural Flavouring (Milk), Colour (Beta Carotene).  *Vegetable origin.
