Hard cheese made exclusively from Cretan sheep and goat milk with the addition of oregano. It is considered an exquisite table cheese, with a pleasant, sweet taste and rich aroma.
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat’s and sheep’s milk 80% minimum in sheep & maximum 20% in goat. Harmless lactic acid crops are used in cheese making bacteria, traditional rennet, calcium chloride up to 20 g / 100 Kg milk and salt <2%, oregano <2%.
