Greek cream cheese with a sour taste. It is made from sheep & goat’s milk, cow’s milk and whey. It is considered a high-quality cheese and is consumed as table cheese.
Ingredients: 50% sheep, 30% goat and 20% cow’s milk and whey (fresh and dehydrated), salt (<2%).
