Kalogeraki Graviera Kritis Wheel

Traditional (PDO) Greek hard cheese which is made exclusively from Cretan sheep and goat milk. It is considered an exquisite table cheese, with a pleasant, sweet taste and rich aroma.

Ingredients: Pasteurized goat’s and sheep’s milk (min80% sheep’s milk, max20% goat’s milk), lactic acid crops, rennet, calcium chloride up to 20 g / 100 Kg of milk, salt <2%.
